RouteTick ("we," "our," or "us") operates the RouteTick mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.

Information We Collect

Data you create in the app. RouteTick stores all job data — including job titles, addresses, customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, photos, and file attachments — locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is not transmitted to our servers.

Location data. When you grant permission, RouteTick accesses your device location to optimize driving routes and show your position on the map. Location data is processed on-device and is not sent to any external server. You can revoke location access at any time in your device Settings.

Photos and files. RouteTick accesses your photo library and files only when you choose to attach them to a job or capture completion photos. These files are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

Subscription information. If you subscribe to RouteTick Pro, your purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information, credit card number, or Apple ID. We receive only a transaction receipt confirming your subscription status.

Support tickets. If you contact us through the support form on our website, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message to respond to your inquiry.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not use analytics or tracking tools
• We do not collect device identifiers or advertising IDs
• We do not track your usage patterns or behavior
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties
• We do not use cookies in the mobile application

How Your Data Is Stored

All job data, photos, attachments, and settings are stored locally on your device. If you delete the RouteTick app, all local data is permanently removed. We do not maintain backups of your data on our servers.

Third-Party Services

Apple Maps. RouteTick uses Apple's MapKit framework for address autocomplete and map display. Address searches are processed by Apple according to their Privacy Policy.

Apple App Store. Subscriptions are processed by Apple. Apple's handling of your purchase data is governed by their privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

RouteTick is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights

Because your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can view, edit, or delete any job data within the app. You can delete all data by using the "Clear All Data" option in Settings, or by deleting the app from your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
