Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RouteTick mobile application ("App") provided by RouteTick ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

RouteTick is a job ticketing and route optimization tool designed for field service contractors. You may use the App for lawful, personal, or business purposes. You are responsible for all data you create, import, or store in the App.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

RouteTick offers a free 7-day trial. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the App. Two subscription options are available:

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region based on Apple's pricing matrix. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

3. Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. Each Apple ID is eligible for one free trial.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Your Data

All job data, photos, attachments, and settings are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We do not store your data on external servers and cannot recover data that has been deleted.

If you delete the App, all associated data on your device will be permanently removed.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by RouteTick and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Route optimization is based on straight-line distance calculations and is provided as a suggestion only. Actual driving routes, times, and distances may vary. We are not responsible for navigation decisions made based on the App's route suggestions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouteTick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RouteTick from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by email.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Tennessee.
